Do you know how the Alert email (Player offline) works in the portal? Who is getting the email alerts? Can I give a custom emaildress for the email alterts?

Regarding the email alerts: when you subscribe to this feature, you will receive an alert email with a report of offline players. One limitation is that you can only create alerts for yourself. If a client needs this type of report, they must create the alert themselves.

These would be customized emails (potentially including attachments), followed by automatic reminder emails to the same recipients for as long as the issue remains unresolved.
With the existing system, there is only one way to achieve this: create a new non-MCube account and grant it access to only one player. Then, subscribe that account to the email alerts. This way, the account will receive alerts only for that player. Otherwise, we would need to develop a new feature and update the existing system. Regards, Nahman
Each user should than login to the platform and set an emailalert themselves or is this something that can be done in the backend? Unfortunately, each user must do it themselves.
